Currently, online communications to families are not engaging, and/or not sent through proper individual school channels, rather it is sent and vetted through district resources.
School-specific information to staff is not consistent nor easily accessed at the school level.

Creating an Event on an Internal Google Calendar
Overview
Internal Google calendars help district staff communicate effectively and efficiently. Proper use of these calendars will prevent confusion and give choice for syncing to personal devices. It is also used as a centralized location for internal district meetings, tests, classroom events, etc.

Initial work and research was ultimately not used based on a number of factors which included the tech skill of workers and complexity of the new process. Initial work was to change the platform from WordPress to MailChimp.
